SSO account -> entitlement -> Agent Service -> on-chain tools service -> wallet/policy

The Agent Service owns model routing and orchestration. The on-chain tools service owns supported protocol metadata, reads, and unsigned transaction drafting. The wallet or a wallet-bound managed agent supplies signing authority; the model and browser never receive an owner private key.

The legacy Marketplace write plane is retired. Historical rows and on-chain objects are preserved, but they are not an application control plane.
