Privacy Policy
Sup Wallet is self-custodial. We do not hold your funds, and we never see your private keys. This policy explains the limited data the site and app collect, why, and the choices you have.
Last updated · June 27, 2026
The short version
- We never receive your private keys, seed phrase, or the ability to move your funds.
- We collect the minimum needed to run the service: your public wallet address, basic usage analytics, and billing details if you subscribe.
- Anything written on-chain is public by design and outside our control.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Wallet address. Your public Sui address when you connect, so the app can show balances and entitlements.
- Billing details. If you buy a plan, the on-chain payment (transaction digest, amount, coin) and the plan you bought. Any card details are handled by our payment processor — we do not store them.
- Support messages. Anything you send us by email or chat.
Information collected automatically
- Usage analytics. Pages viewed, rough device and browser type, and aggregate performance, through privacy-respecting analytics.
- Local storage. Small values kept in your browser, such as your theme, language, session, and referral code.
What we never collect
We do not collect, transmit, or store your private keys, seed phrase, or wallet passwords. Signing happens inside your own wallet, and no action that moves your funds can run without a signature you approve.
On-chain data is public
Transactions, allowances, and balances recorded on the Sui network are public and permanent. We cannot edit or delete them. Treat anything you put on-chain as visible to everyone.
How we use information
- To run the wallet and agent features you ask for.
- To process and confirm plan payments and redeem codes.
- To keep the service secure, debug problems, and prevent abuse.
- To improve the product through aggregate, non-identifying analytics.
- To reply when you contact us.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of providers who process data only to run the service:
- Hosting and analytics for serving the site and measuring aggregate usage.
- Sui network and RPC providers for reading and broadcasting on-chain data.
- Sign-in provider for optional Google-based login, which returns only the identity needed to derive your address.
- Payment processing for subscriptions, which handles any card details directly.
Your choices and rights
- Disconnect your wallet at any time to stop sharing your address with the app.
- Clear your browser storage to remove locally saved preferences and sessions.
- Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the limited personal data we hold. Email us to make a request.
Data retention
We keep account, billing, and support records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them. On-chain records cannot be deleted.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, give notice in the app.
