These terms cover your use of Sup Wallet. The service is self-custodial: you hold your own keys and funds, and agents act only inside the limits you set.

1 · Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the Sup Wallet website, app, and related tools (the Service). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2 · Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including local rules on digital assets. The Service is not offered where it would be unlawful.

3 · The Service is self-custodial

Sup Wallet is a self-custodial interface to the Sui network. You hold your own keys and your own funds. We do not take custody of your assets, and we cannot move, freeze, or recover them. Transactions settle on-chain and are final.

4 · Your wallet and keys

  • You are solely responsible for safeguarding your keys, seed phrase, and devices.
  • We cannot reset your wallet or reverse a transaction. Lost keys mean lost access, and we cannot recover them for you.
  • You are responsible for every action taken with your wallet, including by agents you authorize.

5 · Agents and allowances

The Service lets you grant an agent a typed, capped allowance — for example, a spending limit at a specific venue. Agents act only inside the limits you set, and no action that moves funds runs without a signature you approve.

  • You choose what to authorize, and you can revoke an allowance at any time.
  • You are responsible for the limits you grant and for reviewing actions before you approve them.
  • Agent outputs can be wrong. Do not authorize more than you are willing to risk.

6 · No financial advice; risk

The Service provides tools and information, not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Digital assets are volatile and can lose value. You transact at your own risk and are responsible for your own decisions.

7 · Plans, fees, and redeem codes

  • Some features require a paid plan. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page and may change.
  • On-chain payments are final once settled. Because plans unlock software access, payments are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
  • Redeem codes are single-use, have no cash value, and may be voided if obtained or used improperly.

8 · Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law, or use the Service for fraud, money laundering, or sanctioned activity.
  • Attack, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or other users.
  • Misrepresent who you are, or use the Service to harm others.

9 · Intellectual property and open source

The Sup name, brand, and site content belong to us. Parts of the project, including protocol adapters, may be released under open-source licenses; those licenses govern that code. You keep ownership of content you create, and you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service.

10 · Third-party protocols

The Service can connect to independent on-chain protocols and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their code, fees, or outcomes. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11 · Disclaimers

The Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that on-chain operations will succeed.

12 · Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost funds, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

13 · Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or change, suspend, or end parts of the Service. We will update the date above, and significant changes will be noted in the app. You may stop using the Service at any time.
